Sylvia embodies experience, wisdom, and mentorship. With a long-standing history in dragon boating, she has guided athletes across multiple levels and continues to be a driving force in the community. As a mentor, she provides the insight, strategy, and supportive leadership that will empower our paddlers to grow and succeed.
